Terms and Conditions for Congeriem's Affiliate Program 

Introduction 

These terms and conditions govern the use of Congeriem's Affiliate Program (the "Program"). By joining the Program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 

 

Eligibility 

To be eligible to participate in the Program, you must: 

Have a valid website or blog that complies with Congeriem's policies, as determined by Congeriem inc its sole discretion. 

Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines; 

Not engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or misleading activities; 

Not promote or contain sexually explicit content, hate speech, or discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age; 

 

Participation in the Program 

To participate in the Program, you must apply to become an affiliate by applying through our website under your account. An active account is required to submit the application  Congeriem will review your application and, if approved, provide you with a unique affiliate link that you can use to promote Congeriem products on your website or blog. 

To receive Commissions, you must have a valid PayPal Account. To sign up for PayPal, please sign up for a PayPal account here 

 

Promoting Congeriem Products 

As an affiliate, you may promote Congeriem products on your website or blog using the affiliate link provided to you. You may not use any other means to promote Congeriem products, such as email marketing or social media marketing, unless specifically approved by Congeriem in writing. 

Earnings and Payments 

You will earn a commission on any sales made through your affiliate link. The commission rate will be determined by Congeriem and may be subject to change at any time. Commissions will be paid to you monthly, provided that the minimum payment threshold of $50 is met. 

 

Commissions 

Commissions are generated by the user’s affiliate account on a tiered basis. The higher the tier the higher the commission percentage and the higher the coupon amount generated. Current affiliate commission rates and coupon amounts are displayed on your affiliate account page and on the table below.  

 

Termination and Modification 

Congeriem reserves the right to terminate or modify the Program at any time, without notice. If your participation in the Program is terminated, you will forfeit any earned but unpaid commissions. 

 

Limitation of Liability 

Congeriem will not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your participation in the Program. 

 

Governing Law 

These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where Congeriem is located, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. 

 

Entire Agreement 

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Congeriem regarding the Program, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
