The ELEGOO Mercury XS Bundle is a dedicated resin 3D printing post-processing system that combines separate washing and curing machines to make cleaning and finishing resin prints easier and more efficient. With a large-capacity washing tank, 360° UV curing, a handheld UV lamp, intuitive controls, and an anti-UV safety cover, the Mercury XS Bundle is designed to help creators achieve clean, consistently finished models.

Two Machines for a Faster Workflow

Unlike an all-in-one wash-and-cure unit, the Mercury XS Bundle uses separate washing and curing stations. This allows you to wash a new batch of models while another batch is being cured, reducing downtime and making post-processing more efficient.

Powerful Resin Cleaning

The Mercury XS Bundle features a 7-liter sealed washing tank and a powerful turbine washing system designed to remove uncured resin from model surfaces and intricate details. Its sealed design helps contain the cleaning liquid during operation.

ELEGOO provides two washing approaches depending on the model and printer setup: models can be placed in the cleaning basket, or compatible build plates can be suspended for direct cleaning.

Thorough 360° UV Curing

After cleaning and drying, models can be placed in the curing station for comprehensive UV exposure. The combination of adjustable L-shaped UV light bars, four bottom LEDs, a rotating platform, and Fresnel lenses helps provide more uniform 405 nm UV exposure from different directions.

For smaller areas or hard-to-reach spots, the included handheld UV lamp offers additional curing flexibility.

Simple and Safe Operation

The Mercury XS Bundle is designed for straightforward operation. A single control knob allows you to set wash and cure times, while the anti-UV cover provides additional protection during curing. The curing system automatically pauses when the cover is lifted.
