Cookie Policy
Last updated: September 14, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Congeriem Inc. ("Congeriem," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit or use the Congeriem website. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What are cookies and similar technologies?
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. We may also use local storage, session storage, pixels, tags, scripts and similar technologies. These technologies can support essential website functions, remember preferences, measure website performance, provide customer-support features and, where you consent, support analytics or marketing.
2. How cookie consent works
When you first visit the website, the cookie-consent interface lets you:
- Accept All โ permit all currently available optional categories;
- Reject Non-Essential โ keep optional categories disabled; or
- Manage Preferences โ select individual optional categories.
Closing the first-visit banner does not grant consent. Strictly necessary technologies may operate without optional consent because they support services you request, website security, shopping-cart and checkout functions, or the storage of your privacy choice. Optional technologies are intended to remain inactive until you grant the corresponding consent.
You can review or change your choice at any time by selecting the permanent Cookie Settings button displayed on the website.
3. Cookie categories
Strictly Necessary
These technologies support core website operation, security, fraud prevention, sessions, account access, shopping-cart functions, checkout, payment-related functions and storage of your cookie preference. Because they are necessary to provide requested website functions, they cannot be disabled through Cookie Settings.
Analytics
Analytics technologies help us understand website use, diagnose errors, measure performance and improve the website. Technologies assigned to this category are intended to remain inactive until you accept Analytics.
Marketing
Marketing technologies may support advertising, conversion measurement, remarketing, customer communications and behaviour-based engagement. Technologies assigned to this category are intended to remain inactive until you accept Marketing.
Preferences
Preference technologies remember optional choices that are not strictly necessary for the basic operation of the website. Technologies assigned to this category are intended to remain inactive until you accept Preferences.
4. Consent-preference cookie
Congeriem uses a first-party consent cookie named congeriem_cookie_consent_STOREID, where STOREID identifies the applicable Magento store view. This cookie records the selected categories, the action taken, the consent version, a timestamp, the store identifier and a randomly generated consent identifier.
The cookie is configured as host-only with path /, SameSite=Lax, and the Secure attribute when the website is served over HTTPS. It is retained for up to 180 days under the current configuration. Its purpose is limited to remembering and applying your privacy preference and, where enabled, maintaining an audit record of that preference. It is not used for advertising, analytics or behavioural profiling.
5. Strictly necessary Magento and Hyvรค technologies
The website is built with Magento and the Hyvรค theme. Depending on the website feature used and the applicable Magento configuration, strictly necessary cookies or browser storage may include:
| Technology | Purpose | Typical duration |
|---|---|---|
PHPSESSID |
Maintains the visitor's storefront session. | Session or configured session lifetime. |
form_key |
Helps protect form submissions against cross-site request forgery. | Session or configured Magento lifetime. |
X-Magento-Vary |
Supports correct cache variation and delivery of website content. | Configured Magento lifetime. |
mage-cache-sessid |
Supports cleanup and management of browser-cached customer data. | Session or configured Magento lifetime. |
private_content_version |
Helps prevent customer-specific content from being served from stale cache. | Configured Magento lifetime. |
section_data_ids |
Supports customer-specific storefront sections such as cart and checkout information. | Session or configured Magento lifetime. |
store |
Remembers the selected Magento store view or locale, where applicable. | Configured Magento lifetime. |
persistent_shopping_cart |
Restores an anonymous shopper's cart when persistent-cart functionality is enabled. | Configured Magento lifetime. |
Not every technology listed above will necessarily be present during every visit. Actual storage depends on the features used, store configuration, whether you sign in and the actions you take.
6. Optional and third-party services
| Service | Category | Purpose and activation |
|---|---|---|
| Sanzsec Analytics | Analytics | Used for website analytics when configured. The recognised analytics loader is intended to remain inactive until Analytics consent is granted. |
| Brevo Conversations | Marketing | May provide chat and customer-engagement functionality and may process page history, page URL, device information, approximate location and conversation information. The recognised widget loader is intended to remain inactive until Marketing consent is granted. See Brevo's Privacy Policy. |
| Bolt checkout and payment services | Strictly Necessary for requested checkout and payment functions | Processes information required to provide checkout, payment, transaction-security and fraud-prevention services when you use the applicable payment option. See Bolt's Privacy Center. |
| Bolt OpenReplay | Analytics / behavioural recording | This optional session-recording integration is disabled in the current Congeriem cookie-consent implementation. |
| Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft/Bing UET | Analytics or Marketing, depending on the service | These integrations are not currently enabled through the Congeriem Cookie Consent module. If any of them is enabled later, this policy and the cookie inventory must be updated and the service must be placed behind the applicable consent category before activation. |
Third-party storage names and durations are controlled by the relevant providers and may change. You can inspect currently stored cookies and browser storage through your browser's privacy or developer settings.
7. Changing or withdrawing consent
Select Cookie Settings at any time, change the optional categories and save your preferences. When you withdraw a previously accepted category, the website reloads to stop controlled scripts and related runtime activity. Where technically possible, the consent controller removes recognised first-party optional cookies and browser storage.
Browser security restrictions may prevent the website from deleting third-party or HttpOnly cookies. Changing your preference also cannot retrieve or erase information already transmitted before consent was withdrawn. You may use your browser settings to view, block or delete additional cookies.
8. Updates to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when our website functionality, providers, technologies, consent categories or legal obligations change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated. If a change requires a renewed consent choice, the website may ask you to select your preferences again.
